I stay active in the Murfreesboro community having served on various not for profit boards, such as Special Kids Inc., United Way, The Discovery Center, Rutherford County Adult Activity Center and currently serve as Councilmen for the City of Murfreesboro. I am married to Ashley Ryan McFarland and have twin boys, Luke and Eli, and our newest addition, Drew.

We do not believe in saving couple of dollars that could possible cause our customer problems down the road. At Shane McFarland Construction, we are adamant about the quality of our projects. As a company, we are always mindful of the community and its needs. Using local subcontractors and suppliers allows us to contribute to the economic need of our community and state. We employ some of the most experienced and knowledgeable people in the field of construction and our commitment to quality is reflected in our product.

Years of experience in every category of custom home construction and commercial building gives us the keys for success today and in the future.

Currently, there are three other Shane McFarland Construction team members:

Will Santi – Field Supervisor, Resident of Murfreesboro, graduated from MTSU, is married and has 2 children. Will currently serves as Project Manager of many of the SMC projects, both commercial & residential properties. With his extensive background of construction & project management, Will brings a wealth of experience and knowledge to each project that he manages.

Brandy Pope – Office/Interior Selections, Resident of Murfreesboro, graduated from MTSU with a degree in Interior Design, and has 2 children. Brandy assists our construction staff on all day-to-day jobs and coordinates with our clients & vendors in finalizing all selections in order to maintain our job schedule. With her background in interior design and project management, she is able to give knowledgeable direction to all involved in the project.

Bud Morris – Office, Resident of Murfreesboro, is married and has 2 grown children & 5 grandchildren. Bud assists Shane with organizing each project account to ensure our accuracy with our clients and vendors, and with small job deliveries.

John Hart – Finish Detail, resident of Spring Hill. John has the education and the experience to ensure that each of our projects are finished to the level that our customers have come to expect. With attention to detail, communication skills and the ability to create solutions, John manages our punch list completions on both residential and commercial projects, and provides any required follow-up maintenance needed.
